the flexible paint/ primer don't do !!!! the trick is put your paint on as thin as possible to keep it from cracking, I used flex agent on my bumper and you saw how it cracked.LOL looking good now your coming down the home stretch, just....a....little.....more

Good advice. I'll be sanding down the bumper pretty good. Just 2 wet coats of primer.

Your bumper cracked and so did your bumper support!! LOL  Seriously, thanks for the support. Your car looks fantastic. Mine isn't going to be as smooth since it looks like you sanded and buffed the clear flat.

What did you use to put your outer door handles back on? Big rivets or some other kind of hardware?

On my 92 mustang door handles, I used 1/4-20 (or 5/16 - I can't remember) stainless allen-head bolts with stainless washer and lock nuts on the back side.  It looks good in my opinion.

Are you going with body color door handles or trim black?

Thanks Shredder.

I got some new black handles from Ebay. I was thinking of something similar. Maybe some flattened head star bit bolts or something. Stainless is a good idea, too. I'm going to treat and paint the metal on the handle so it won't rust as fast.

I just ordered tires for my pickup truck. Prices for tires are silly right now.

There's an idea!

I do have a rivnut tool kicking around the shop. Triumph's use them in some places.

Sounds like the way to go. No problem with them loosening, then. I'll definitely get nylock nuts if I don't use the rivnuts.
