Would anyone be interested in a custom Eaton m90 set up for their 5.0? This is what you would get.

1) HO lower with 30 lbs injectors and fuel rail.
2) Custom upper
3) The M90
4) A hand made twin 60mm throttle body with TPS and IAC
5) Bypass valve

I'll have pics up soon, just want to see if there is anyone wanting it before it goes to ebay. By the way, If you were at Carlise last year, some of you have seen it.

I'll answer any of your questions....thanks

Was this blower ever running on a engine? Because It looks like it does not have enough support and will problaby have issues with the lower bracket flexing. My 2.3 bracket looked alot stonger and better supported and it still flexed.

It will be just fine...I had it on my engine with no issues, even the pulley aligns with the crank pulley. I didn't use the BV...this is a project that someone else needs to finish. If you are not mechanically incline, this isn't for you. An engineer from work help me "science" it out. You will need to fabricate your own idler pulley and other"stuff". What you see is what you get and it's about 90% done. I even set the TPS..hahaha

I have a few of questions about this
1) “Twin 60mm”
2x60 =120mm total or 2x30 =60mm total ?

2) ”hand made”
Why? I have a twin TB on my 91 351 Windsor in my F250 , I’m sure you could have picked one up in a JY. Why did you reinvent the wheel?

3) Won’t a EEC have trouble adapting to this?

And not just jerking you around with questions, I was pricing Eaton m90's on E-bay, there not that out of line so I may be interested in this unit, but want to know the thought/logic that went into it.

The TB is two 86 mustang TB's that I milled 26.5mm off of each side and epoxied them together. Yes, I could have bought a twin, but I made this one. I wanted to fab as much parts as I could.

My motivation for this...well, Nothing like a blower sticking out your hood and you floor it. MMMMMMM....blower whine!

Why would you think the ECU would have trouble adapting to this? As long as you are running mass air, the ECU doesn't care. you could run a 1200 CFM and it wouldn't care.

By the way, I would highly recommend methanol injection. The blower will create a lot of heat. Heat = detonation. Detonation = broken parts.

Oh, you don't have to cut any wires. I designed this so that all the factory wiring will connect up. There isn't any EGR, so this isn't 50 states compliant...ahahahaha. It will piss off Al Gore.

Question:  Any issues with the throttle hookups?  I.E.  would a custom bracket have to be made to run the throttle cable and TV valve lines?  I cannot tell by the pictures......

Also,  what would fit the throttle body as far as intake tubes?  Seems you would need something rubber with a couple a clams to mount it....Just wondering what size.

You could swap in a stock bracket.....

AS for the size, it's a little over 4" in DIA.
