If I ever pull the 2.3 out of mine Id probobly go in this direction. Call me crazy but I miss carberators.
What all electronics do you still need to make it work? what about a distributor?

im using a MSD igntion controller. it doesnt require a distributor. it handles the timing by reading the factory crank and cam sensors.

new motor! sorry for the shiznitty cell phone pics. its a 5.4 navigator motor with a sullivan intake and proform 750 carb.

Are those exaust manifolds stayin on? Are there headers that will fit?

ill be using the exhaust manifolds.there arent any companies that i know of making headers for this application. im sure i could order a set or customs, but that's big $$$.

I'm diggin the new motor!  Definitly not gonna clear the hood with that intake. :D It's gonna look sweeeeet!
84 TC 302 -5.0L/t5/7.5 locking rear and a 3.45 gear, Edelbrock Intake, Aluminum Heads, Edlebrock 65mm Throttlebody, Edlebrock Cam, 24lb injectors & MAS Air Sensor calibrated via chip,  BBK headers, Catback H pipe, Magnaflow lers :evilgrin:

good luck! LOL!

i picked some seats up today off craigslist for $100/pr. im gonna spray dye the blue with grey, or maybe just solid black. not too sure right now.
