started cleaning up the engine bay Reply #217 – November 14, 2007, 10:50:53 AM there appears to be a problem with the motor. its most likely a bent valve, but may be rings. 2 of the cylinders show low compression on my tester, but im going to do a leak down test later today. in other words, im not happy at all. im at least going to have to pull a head off. ive talked with the guy i bought the motor from, and he seems willing to help me out. i dont know exactly how far, but he wants to know the results of the leak down test.
