Personally I don't think a 16 yr old just getting a license needs 350+ hp....but that's just me.

For now, just do a 3" exhaust, boost controller, put a cone filter on the vane air meter, and advance your timing a little bit. With 18psi, the car can be a handful with those mild of mods, it will be good for you to learn the car, and all of those mods will work with any other things you plan on doing.
It's Gumby's fault.

Get you a holset,Header,rotated/gutted intake,Ported head,Big valves,A237 camshaft,Big external wastegate, 3" exhaust, 4.10/4.56 gear, a 2 step box,a n20 kit, and a good mls head gasket and supporting fuel mods/Tuner to get rid of the vam.get a powerstroke intercooler a good blow off  valve ,Set the boost on kill 28-30 psi on race gas spray 50-75 shot on that.swap in a C-4 auto with a 2,800-4,000 stall converter It will be more then you will ever want out of a 4 cyl.

Or you could go the simple route and enjoy the car.

I don't think the point was to help the kid kill himself.  Anyhow.  I'm surprised that no-one has brought this up, but just re-read what you type and fix your mistakes.  We won't hold it against you if you can't spell a word the first time around, but repeatedly typing teh and wat is just a sign of ignorance.  I don't type everything perfect the first time around, but I spellcheck it.  The way you type on these forums is a direct reflection of your persona.

Thats why my first suggestion was this.

spend some cash in a good 3" exhaust with a good ler. grab you a K&N cone filter and a boost contoler and enjoy having the sho for dinner.

I searched for deals, Installed it all myself , Built the trans myself , fabricated everything i needed that wasnt avalible .

It can be done you just have to look for deals. And you can sell stock parts to compensate the cost some.
