And that's why I kept quite about this car until the check was in the mail. I figured when you found out about it you would want it. :)

Man nice ride but have you guys been checking the internet for those prices on shipping a car? Or checking with local companies through the phone book or something. I ask because I bought my 87 from a guy just outside Kansas City. It costed me just under $550 to have them pick it up and ship to Toledo, OH. Took 10 days, I put 100 down and paid the rest when the driver showed up...You can pay the whole thing up front but I hate how companies tend to take there sweet ass time when you pay them in full for a job, everything went pretty smoothly too.

Tom, I just want to publicly say thanks for all your patience during this (or)deal. I think it deserves a bump in your reputation.

Nice! You do realize, Paul, that if I ever decide to import a car I'll be harrassing the hell out of you for information :D

Not a problem! On a side note - I think I tracked down that TC that I missed out on by 30 minutes last year. Are you still interested in any parts from it?

Um, what's going on with the compressed suspension on the front end, and rear possibly?

That's pretty natural for a car on a hauler. They tighten those things down good so they don't move around or worse, fall off.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Tom would be the one to ask that but I think it's done to make the load on the truck more stable. i.e. the load rides on the truck's suspension not the car's.

AWWW Shucks, tweren't nutin' ... Thanks for the kind words...

You've been great buyer as well, was a pleasure.

I hope to see it again one of these days, keepin' a trip up your way on the possibility list. When its 95*+ here in July/August the temps up your way would be a welcome change.
