Scam...... June 07, 2005, 03:02:51 PM I was at work today and i had a customer saying that they were downloading a microsoft update and now their computer will not start. Here is where they went.http://www.wupdate.netTotal scam. He just got his first credit card to buy a set of restore cd's from us. Got his computer online for the first time in months and got this webpage. Now he has 60 charges to his cradit card (which he found out on his cell phone while calling his card company under my directions) and he is really ticked off. Quote Selected
