heres some pics, it looks like about a 1/4'' . the whole story is i bought fr500 wheels 18x9, i had 99 mustang cobra spindles and front brakes. but with the t-bird arms they stuck out about an inch! dammit! then i thought i would put on mustang control arms (3/4'' shorter per side) i thought it would work but the control arm pickups were 1'' further inboard soo i ended up with my wheels where i wanted them but i couldnt get enough negative camber and the wheels just stuck out on the top! then i figured i would just use a mustang crossmember and here i am

do you have caster camber plates?

hears a pic of mine, i cut a spacer out of some 1/4" stock steel i had lay'n around. some people have one that fits perfect. others need spacers, and some its so far off its like getting a body lift if you put a spacer on. im guessing it all depends on the cars unibody. sence they flex over time their not perfect anymore.  also, i made sure i had mine on a levle surface, and try'd to balance the car so that it was closest to what i wanted. i think we had the jack stands at the rear most part of the front sub frames with the engine out and thats what it got me. so im guessing its pretty good considering the gap's iv seen. like with amie

You can gain a little more clearance with 95 mustang spindles instead of 99 spindles. 96 and up have a wider stance. about 1/2 inch I think

well i had to do a little grinding on the rear of the k-member and make some spacers but here it is, mustang arms 86 gt mustang springs (with one coil cut off) and 99 cobra spindles. i bought qa1 caster camber plates (for a mustang) but it looks really good and i have plenty of adjustment. i think it looks preety good, considering the work

Want to sell me your aluminum spare tire/wheel? Since you went to 5 lug and all  :D    Please please please. Do those aluminum spare tires clear turbo coupe brakes anyways?

I think that's what they were designed for... so I vote yes.  I had one, but the tire was damaged in a fire.

The one that came in my 84 T/c clears my brakes. Not sure about the 87-88 models.

Only problem is i'm in CA and you're in MI. I wonder what shipping would be like. Maybe I'll hit up the local junk yards to see if I can't find one.
