1982 Cougar Station Wagon May 25, 2005, 09:27:38 PM Hey everybody, i'm new here, but i've own my 82 cougar wagon for about 2.5 years, and i need to sell it. I recently inherited my car from my grandmother who's the original owner. I know it's a one-of-a-kind so i was curious on the actual value of the car.Specs1982 Cougar Wagon GS3.8L 232cuC5 Automatic Transmission 3 speed w/ Torque Converter53,000 Original MilesLight Blue Exterior.Power SteeringManual windowsA/C - (busted compressor)Cruise ControlHas the separate rear glass hatch.Changes:Carb replaced 17 years ago.transmissoin replaced 6 years ago2 year old Paint JobNew Pioneer DEH-P3600 Radio W/ New speakersProblems:Dash Board CrackedDasboard lights burned out (already checked connection and fuses)Rear Defroster doesn't workA/C compressor brokenHatch won't stay open, (glass and body)Drivers door, and rear passenger side, were broken into but there is no damage except for the chrome trim, and minor leakage due to messed up weather stripping only on the rear passanger side.Other than that, the car runs perfectly, the carb is fine tuned so everything works fine.
