Wow Steve you've been busy! I guess you didn't need any pics after all. I couldn't get to it today. I had to work untill 11 then came home and shoveled snow, then I relaxed a while before going to my parents.

Great work !!! I think I have a really nice red console lid in the garage somewhere. I'll look into it. I wish I could make some progress, but it's sleeting today, probably followed by a little snow.....and it was 65 yesterday. Crazy Oklahoma weather.

ok so here are some daytime pictures:D

So here's the console

and the custom plate I made for the lighter....

Hers where I put the tach now

And my new interior panels which are actually RED instead of sun bleached tomato pink

And here's a cool shot of the new mirrors which really make my car look much higher class than it really is lol

Ok, enjoy. I'll be updating next time with progress on the transmission:burnout:

Hey vinnie, let me know on that console lid. Hcor's got on on the ebay site but if you can beat his shipped price you've got a sale;) Also, I seem to remember at one point seeing that you make new plates for the console switch panels or something? If that was you, let me know I could obviously use one:rolleyes:

I don't make the platyes,I have the decals. You paint the plate gloss black...apply the decals....cover it all with satin clear (a few light coats),and enjoy. $8.00 for them. As far as the console lid,it's in excellent shape. I have no idea what Hcor is selling his for,and I really don't want to compete. I'll take $40.00 shipped. If that beats his,Okay. If not, sorry about that. They are really getting hard to find in great shape any more.

No I wasn't trying to inspire competition... just wanted to know what you were asking.  As for the plates, unfortunately what I really need is a plate not decals. So if anybody has a plate that is just P/M and P/W for 87/88 style let me know.
