I don't need the measurements.I did it....I cut the hole in the trunk, and I'll fab a removable plate tomorrow morning.WOW !!!.Fuel pump swaps will be a piece of cake.It took me about 5 minutes to cut the hole, and then the actual pump swap.Easy stuff.I very carefully drilled a 1/2 inch hole first in the area I thought the pump would be,shined the flashlight in the hole and got an idea of what the actual location was,got out the Dremmel with a cutoff wheel for steel, and in no time,a nice hole was cut. After doing it,I have no regrets, especially considering how easy it made the job.The whole task, including the pump swap was less time than dropping the tank after siphoning the fuel (full tank). As I stated,I'll fab the cover tomorrow.Probably from a thick baking sheet we have and never use.I never liked that pan,but never got rid of it.I suppose it really did have a higher purpose in life.LOL..
