That's what i do on any major completed project.Just the way it is.

I'm actually jealous to be honest, that looks really cool. Reminds me kinda about how Ford did the hood liners on the V6 SHOs

I don't know, it's hard to tell if it looks good or not. Do you have a few more pics? lol. JK, looks awesome!! Did you just use the push-in clips to install it or did you use some 3M spray adhesive too?

Thanks Mike , You are always good for a laugh :evilgrin:....and yes push-in clips were used as was the 3M #80 spray too friend. :D

Does that hood liner do anything useful for sound and heat though? Heat perhaps but it looks like little more than a rubber or closed cell foam variant. I would think the stock type would do a much better job at sound dampening (neither will do vibrations). Of course, this is one of those things where no actual tests will be done to prove it one way or another. I've also had bad luck with any and all spray adhesives, including the ones offered by RAAMaudio. After 2 years, it began to fall off of my doors and they were cleaned/roughed up more than I likely needed to.

My hood liner all nasty due to age and an alternator fire though.
