Take them off and sell them-put the money towards wheels and drop springs. You can probably sell them to one of the guys that want you to keep them.

If I was gonna take them off, that was my plan. Only I was gonna put the money towards an explorer intake, and heads. I already have a set of springs to go in . wheels won't be for awhile, unless I hit the lotto...lol.:D

The bumper itself is fine but he's missing the front ground effects.

Take them off, and save for body work, or find another cougar/bird to swap stuff onto. If I had a place to put my car, it would be in a miliion little peices.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

LOL, how many swaps have happened to this point? I say keep them. They line up ok with the front as is. After it is dropped things will look a lot better. Ask me how I know... (sig)

I've said this before,I think the Birds ('87/'88) look better with no ad-ons.The car just has a great shape and design as is.BUT,it all depends on what YOU like.I have never been a fan of the body kits, and I think spoilers actually look better on the Cougars because they have a bigger trunk lid.The Birds have such a short trunk lid I think a spoiler clutters it all up.Again,it's all up to personal preference.
