Keep it on, take it off......

Ok, so I've been thinking of taking the ground effects off the Sport. But I'm undecided, I figure I will never find the front piece, and if I do, I probably won't be able to afford it anyway. So whatta ya think? Keep it, or sell it?. Thanks.

(Yes, I know I have rust, and I know it sits to high, not the question.)

I vote take 'em off and then sell them. IMO they look disgusting on these cars.

I dunno if I'd use the word "disgusting". I don't particularly like 'em on T-Birds (but I do like 'em on Cougars, go figure), but they do have an 80's patina about them if that's what you're going for (and these are 80's cars, so that should be what you're going for :hick:)

I'd leave them on their as judging by the rust you may not have any rockers left.
See if you can find a nose piece, that would round it out much better.

the good thing is.....
If you need to replace your rockers, it doesn't have to be as pretty as the factory parts. Your covering them anyway

I say keep them! I'd love to find a good set for mine. Years ago when they where available I couldn't afford them, now that they're so hard to find I really can't afford them. The ground fx for these cars are like the louvers on mine, alot of people want them but can't find them. Of course if you do take them off, I'm sure you wont have a hard time getting rid of them. There's at least three of us on here that would love to get our hands on them.
