At this point the punch list is:

1. Attach shifter cable to trans
2. Finish battery cabling and FP relay in trunk
3. install heater and dash
4. install fuel tank and add a few gallons of petrol
5. put new yoke on driveshaft and install it
6. Put fuses in all the circuits
7. Attach downpipe
8. Finish wiring I need to tie in to dash
9. prime engine oil system
10. Add water to cooling system
11. fill PS system
12. fill transmission
13. Plug off all vacuum lines for now except to Megasquirt and FP regulator
14. Initialize the Baumann and Megasquirt computers
15. Hook up battery and see what happens

Yeah, those hoses sure are ugly. :p  I would worry about that lower one though, in the long run.

Perhaps you can find some appropriately-sized tubing and make a lower hose that's connected at the end with a couple silicone couplers.

That's a good idea. It isn't shown well in the photo, but the hose actually fits the space as well as if it was custom made. Pretty much maximizes the distance available without drooping too much.

Plug wires and hoses on the future buy list.

My boy has a trombone lesson now, so looking to get some stuff done before he gets back. Last night he had a 'Tricking' event in Hinckley, OH. Some guys from Toledo showed up to show off. Here's him doing his thing until 1:42, then it's random buds of his from Tricker House. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kn0pIq4bCu0  If you saw the recent TRON movie, the black opponent on the game grid was a tricker.

That's Quite impressive. I hope you got your licks in when he was young. If he integrates some Brazilian jujitsu he would score well at that as well. I  Know I wouldn't want to tangle with him

When he first started doing it last year, I wasn't too sure about it. I was certain he'd hurt himself and miss some golf matches. It's been really good for his physique and his confidence, though, and it gets him off the computer. LOL He edited and saved the video last night in an hour or two. I think he enjoys that part as much as the rest.

If he tried all that flippidy  on me in a scuffle he'd be in trouble. (I'm way meaner than him even though I'm old and fat.) I don't think it has any real martial art fighting merit, it's just for show. The last guy on his video is great, BTW. You should see him with a jumprope. It's incredible. He does tricking while he's jumping rope so fast it's just a blur. Pretty cool IMHO.

First pic on post #299 shows the turbo blanket I got for it.

We'll see how it all works together, then maybe a little spit-shine will be in order. It'll get all dusty when I start the paint process, anyway.

He's got fighting merit. Capoeira is no joke, I seen some pretty sweet kicks in there. And beleave it or not capoeira kicks are VERY powerful.
Your son has skill. I see a lot of capoeira influance.

Its fun stuff. I tried doing some parkour back in high school. I was getting into it could do some cool stuff till I tried to learn to backflip off of walls, after about the 18th time I landed on my head I gave that up lol. I can run and jump and climb but that flippy kicky stuff just doesn't work with me. Its fun to watch though. He's pretty good. I love what that one kid did at the end too. That superman thing. That was awesome.

Well, the cold side doesn't give off much heat. A blanket keeps the turbine side insulated from the rest.

No I meant like a shield to try to keep as much hot air from entering the intake... For CAI purposes. Although I realize the turbine heats the intake air up enough that it almost really doesn't matter but still....
