1988 Cougar XR-7 Reply #16 – January 15, 2009, 06:35:07 PM Other then tires no. I can't afford much now that I'm unemployed. That's the one thing that sucks about having a car that you only put 3000-4000 miles on a year. The tires still have good tread but they dry rot & fall apart before you even get 15000 miles on them. Not to mention there isn't to many brands that make a V rated 225\60\R15 tire. I have been very pleased with Michelin but I'm going to try the new Kuhmo LX Performance\all season 60,000 mile tire this time which is about $45 cheaper a tire. I've had Goodyear, Bridgestone, Firestone, Pirelli, & Cooper tires & they all were py in wet conditions & other then Pirelli they road rough. Quote Selected
