Fuel Filter location? Reply #1 – January 08, 2009, 11:46:13 PM the fuel filter on my car is on the passenger side, about 3/4 of the way back attached to part of the "frame". If you look under you'll see it, there is small bracket holding it there. Quote Selected
Fuel Filter location? Reply #2 – January 09, 2009, 05:53:30 PM It's easy to get to. You should be able to change it in 10 minutes.Don't forget to unplug the inertia switch and purge pressure from the lines, unless you like a face full o' fuel. Quote Selected

Fuel Filter location? Reply #4 – January 10, 2009, 02:27:01 PM Isn't it a safer approach to unplug the inertia switch and run the engine until the pressure is relieved?I don't see any reason to open the schrader valve on the fuel rail and get gas all over the engine. Quote Selected

Then I don't even have to open the hood to change the fuel filter :hick: Quote Selected
