All those parts you've listed is referred to as the front clip.If the Ebay listing above is actually the Cougar lights (it states Cougar/Thunderbird),then that is a great buy for a new pair.If I can get to a salvage yard soon (my favorite one)I'll see what I can find.Until then,I'm sure members will show up.

I have the safety catch in great shape (two of them actually).

I contacted the guy about the light (first ebay listing above),it's a single left side headlight for a Thunderbird. To read the ad is kind of confusing. It's also kind of high for one light.

Like on your bad news thread, all i can see you really need at this point is a header panel (contains the grille / headlamps). You need this part pretty soon because it will contain all the bolts that will tell you when your done pulling the frame.

You know full well your going to have it painted up front anyway, your fenders are not jacked up at all and there are no creases in critial 90deg bed areas. All of that minor damage can be tuned back in with common sense  basic tools and a little love.

Again, the header panel is the key part at this point,
here is what i think you need for the whole project

big stuff>
header panel
weld bumper shock absorber
bumper (not sure, cant see the real damage to it, the bolt holes are all that matters)

little stuff
grille or modified to a 20th looking grille (you can have fun doing this part)
driver lights
driver plastic molding (iirc)
hood lock
hood latch
test radiator
test AC radiator thing (see if its holding presure by pushing in valve, if so, let it leak off and remove/save / re-install / recharge later)
plastic weld the bumper cover
