why not just loop it around the lower control arm?

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

this I can just reach under there with a strap and hook it on.  To loop it around the LCA, I'd have to crawl under there to wrap it around.  The way I have my truck setup, I can drive it on the trailer, hook the front hooks in the frame, backup till they are tight, strap the back down and put the ramps away.  I can do that in under 5 minutes, and would like to have this car the same way, and not have to lay down on the trailer to hook any of it :)
