I need a 1/4 window.....

I need a driver side 1/4 window for an '87/'88 Sport or TC.All black trim.I need the rubber trim to be smooth with no cracks or dry rot.If you can help,let me know.I didn't want to spend the huge dollars for a new one.I suppose at this point,and the luck I haven't had finding this window,I may be forced to buy the new one.

is there anything you could do to smooth the roughness out? I got this windows I pulled for you but the surface is a little rough.

I welcomed the dark side and currently am driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT plus, with a 5.9, Code named project "Night Runner"
Shes black on black, fully loaded, with headers, 180 tstat, e fan, straight exhaust into a cherry bomb vortex ler, full tune up, ported intake and T/B, MSD coil, and round aircleaner.
Mods to come: Fully rebuilt and heavily modded 46RE, and a richmond rachet locker.

Nope,it's done.Once the rubber starts cracking,it also starts shrinking.That can't be fixed.

ill keep my eye's peeled... ill see when i make my next round to the wrecking yards around here. they seem to be lackin in 87-88 cougars and tbirds... not that i look for those... im more of an 83-86 person lol

I don't care about window tint,stickers,whatever,as long as the rubber trim is smooth to the touch and it looks nearly new.Thanks a lot.

It appears I'm going to have to get a new one.They run around $175.00 each plus tax.After I get mine (the numbers left are tiny),I'll let everyone know where I got it.I know I'm actually being greedy,but it took me a LONG time to find them,and I want to make sure I get one.

If you can find one with smooth rubber..........Oh man,that would be awesome !!!! Just pull the interior panel out that covers the window area,remove the nuts that hold the window in (from the inside),and gently push the window out.Done.If you can find one with smooth rubber and no dry rot or cracks,grab it and send me an amount to send to you.THANKS!!!!
