Have $800 into the exhaustWell, unfortunately I have to part ways with my beloved '85 T-bird. My g/f doesn't know how to drive stick and I wasn't about to teach her. The car runs good, shifts nice and is GREAT on gas (23-26mpg yes, I granny the car. Barely get it over 65mph LOL)The photos I have of the car are pretty recent, except for a few. Of the older photos, I no longer have the weld racing wheels, rear spoiler or the side skirts. Other than that, the car is how it is right now.Why did I primer spots of the car? Well, I had high hopes of eventually repainting the car and wanted to ensure that the spots I saw on the car (most of which are just minor scratches) didn't rust! The car also at one time also had a rear spoiler, but it was in such bad shape that I actually removed it and just put the bolts that were holding it on back on the trunk lid to prevent water from leaking inside the holes.Headlights workRunning lights workturn signals work4-ways workHeat blows hot, air blows coldModifications:Stinger performance Mustang or Turbo Coupe 2.3 Turbo 3" Dual Exhaust, 2.5in Hooker AeroChamber lers, 3in hi-flow cat and 2.5in Mustang tailpipes that dump before the rear bumper. Distance: 470.84 milesBirds4us:It has the normal rust that t-birds get...bottom of the doors and 1 small spot on the drivers side fender...I'll get pics Saturday when I go to my parents house for dinner, which is where the car is.As far as the interior, it's in good shape, but does need a few parts here and there. When I bought the car, the previous owner was in the process of turning the interior of the car to black, while it originally was red. So, everything he painted was replaced in the car. The car also had white buckets from an older GT mustang which were in great condition but looked terrible with a red back seat and black/red interior so I sold those and replaced them with front buckets from a standard '86 t-bird which had 1 powered seat and 1 manual seat. Currently, the wiring harness from the t-bird I snagged the seat from is in the car, but not wired up. I'll get current pictures of the car Saturday, like I said and will have interior shots also.
