I used to work for DHL, I was one of the idiots loading boxes onto pallets, and then on the truck. Honestly I didn't care if the box didn't get to where it was meant to go, I also threw around a lot of boxes.

My company has quit using DHL due to "multiple problems" and we were issued a memo expressly forbidding us from doing company business with them.

Yup thats the problem right there. How would you have liked it if that was YOUR package getting carelessly tossed around.

Obviously places like that dont enforce things like care with fragile packages and such.

Another thought I had. I wonder if DHL got too big for it's own good? They seemed to have rapidly grown and that often means a poorly led, or unprepared company begins to have quality issues.

Got the box today, only took 25 days.

When I wrote to DHL this is what happen;

My package seems to have been in more citiies than I have, can you help
find it?

Now it went back to Ohio? It's suppose to go to Washington state, this is on the West Coast of the US.

Here's the final tracking from DHL. Final delivery to Fife? I live in Olympia and Fife is north of Tacoma about 35 miles north of here. Chehalis is 30 miles south. So it went from 30 miles south to 30 miles north and then back to me (right in the middle, all on I-5)
