 your not joking when you said you were gonna make a bad ass 2.3t, how hard is it to do headers? My brother wants me to make some for when he does a 3400 swap to his caviler, and he wants to turbo it

I welcomed the dark side and currently am driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT plus, with a 5.9, Code named project "Night Runner"
Shes black on black, fully loaded, with headers, 180 tstat, e fan, straight exhaust into a cherry bomb vortex ler, full tune up, ported intake and T/B, MSD coil, and round aircleaner.
Mods to come: Fully rebuilt and heavily modded 46RE, and a richmond rachet locker.

looks like its sitting a little higher in the front now with that lighter 2.3 in there. is that just the picture? or are u gonna do anything about it?

its pretty close to the same height,Once i finish adding the weight (turbo and related) I will set the final ride height (coil overs on front)

ITs all in how hard you want to make it i made my s and stuff myself wich adds to the labor part.

there called (weld el's) they are basiclly natural gas steel fittings. it is the same material Bob lee uses on his log headers.

Its definatly not the cheapest way out. ive got 128.00 worth of pipe there.

they are rated at pressure on these type fittings, The wall thickness is around 1/4 in

it is comparable to the factory e6 manifold in weight, SOmetimes you have to trade weight for durability
