greetings from iraq ladies and gents January 09, 2007, 02:49:34 PM hello all. finally got a chance to check in after a few months absence. all is well here...just the occasional bomb every now and then. Anyways the tbird is safely tucked away till i get back. supposed to be back in texas around jan. 16th for leave so she'll get a little TLC then. Thought i'd share the future plans for her when i get back. im going with a DSS built 347, BBK SSI intake, shorty headers, and probably going to swap out my 3.27s for some 3.73's.Seriously considering a procharger on top, but looking to keep it streetworthy and gas pump friendly as well. Lately though we've been doing more maintenance on the hmmwv's than the tanks because they rack up so many miles patrolling the msr roads around here. They find alot of roadside bombs before they go off and take care of them in the process. We don't do the RPG cages...that's taken care of at another FOB...were situated further north. We actually have an RG31 assigned to our company that they use on a daily basis. Quote Selected
