As that's the one w/ dana 60's front and rear. However, It's probably still worth $1500 if it runs and drives. Just by installing a straight-up timing set, you'll make big power gains with that 400. I have this 77 F250. got it for 100 bux and have since put 30,000 mi on it with no Major repairs, heck really only thing i have done to it is replace the fron fenders due to cancer on the whole body ( i belive was due to a py paintjob/body work) replace the gas tank and heater core thanks to a lovely rats nest..
