Good old Snoopy.
Gone years ago, but he knew how to relax in his favorite chair.

This is my kitty, Cinders, she's 3.

And this is my new dog marlie.  She's 1 1/2, and a chow shepard rott mix, and we adopted her about a  month ago.

The girls (mother/daughter).  The calico who's crashed is Sadie and the dilute is Leeloo.  Leeloo's dad was a whackadoo albino Siamese who's eyes shook....she's an odd cat.  Sadie is asleep all the time.

The old man.  Bal, a 14-yr old Shepherd/Collie/Wolf/Chow (about 95#).  He's starting to slow down.  I'm not seeing too many days left for him. He sleeps about 20 hours a day these days...if not more :p

For those of you with older pets that seem to be arthritic.. I recently read an article that said glucosamine supplements will help them with their lack of mobility after a couple weeks. I wish I had thought to try that while my cat was still alive, because he had a lot of problems with arthritis. You may want to consider trying that.
