Transmission cooler line leaking

I've got an 88 cougar, 3.8 FI, and the bottom tranny cooler line on the tranny is leaking, right where it screws in. I'm not sure if it's the line that's damaged, the fitting around the line where it threads in, the threads on the tranny, or a busted o-ring. Has anyone had this problem on theirs, or know of anything like this?

It is most liely the fitting that holds the line to the transmission cooler on the radiator.  For some reason the bottom ones go quicker than the top ones.

There is an o-ring inside the line that is probably the culprit.
The lines are quick disconnect and require a fuel line removal tool to remove from the threaded end.
Have changed mine before, not to hard if you have the disconnects.

I'm resurrecting this to let everyone know that Dorman does make these quick connects. They're part number 800-608 for Ford 1982-1994, and I paid 7.99 a piece for them at O'reilly's.
