I prefer doorstop, but its a good trans for either purpose. :)
FYI, the Rangers also came with the A4LD. Piece of repeating shiznit!

the one out of the rangers was actually longer then the TC one...  I know this because when we did engine swap and T-5 conversion my buddy told me that my tranny was longer then the normal TC auto tranny...  Its ok tho...  I drove it 6000km after losing reverse :D...  mabye put 4000k on it before that so all in all a "rebuilt" transmission lasted me less than one summer and 10000K...
