bad turbo

Well... I hope I can still make it to Cat Jam! My turbo went in the black car on the way to work this morning   So, I have to figure out this turbo swap before this weekend, or I may have to come in the Intrepid :nono:  Anybody else cutting it close? haha

my advice is to start and stay focused, the fastest I have done a turbo swap is 2.5 hours and that is including a walk to the parts store (about 5 blocks)  I hope everything goes well...  have you had the turbo off before?

I've found it easiest to remove the whole turbo exhust mani setup. It alot eazier to get at the bottom turbo bolts.
