Jason.i used the darkest interior pannles i could find (dark blue) and painted them with that fusion paint in semi gloss black, used lots of paint so hopefuly they wount scratch up. then had the headliner re done, and sunvisors and dome light from a black interior SC i found that got wrecked. o and the rear deck is black too along with the 3rd brake light. and dash cap/speeker grills. I think if you went with black carpet, it would be a little too much considering the whole top half of the interior is black.
