GT-40P and Headers

I'm converting 5.0 too 5.0 HO and am using GT-40P Heads. The driver side headers are blocking the spark plugs, the passanger side is fine however. The plug ports are strater then the stock heads. Any suggestions to buy or work-arounds?

You'll need gt40-p specific shorties...or you can spring for a set of Mac full-length headers, they fit fine.

Or use 90* plug boots.
It's Gumby's fault.

90* plug boots don't cut it most of the time, although they help.  My full-length flowtech headers wouldn't even come close to bolting up because most of the primaries had a spark plug in the way.  I was told that GT40P's will fit with stock mustang "headers" but it's pretty hairy...expect melted wires.
