Panel Lights No Worky

Ok, I know there's another thread kind of like this, but uh...here goes anyway.  Put a CB in the Turbo Coupe and when I took it out the Cluster Lights were not working.  I didn't see them turn off or anything they were off as soon as I turned on my parks.  Any ideas?  I can remember at one time, sometimes they wouldn't work and I'd just have to turn the lights on and off a couple times and then they would.  I tried that to no avail.  Please help!

The first thing I'd check is the dimmer (next to the headlight switch). The cluster dimmer in these cars are pr0ne to failure, and usually you can tell if yours is bad by moving the dimmer wheel back and forth or wiggling it.

It is a little hard to move, but it still turns on the dome light.  Is my only option replacement?

P.S.  THANKS for the reply.
