new ride.... Reply #6 – May 30, 2006, 09:04:46 PM Tail looks black, so I'm gonna say Mach1 w/stripping removed and a cobra front bumber.Maybe? 04'?Ok, after 2nd look04' GT w/Cobra bumberMach1 hood w/shaker and mach1 black tailSeats don't look like the mach1 or cobra, so that's why I'm going w/GT, and it looks like you might have an anniversary badge-2004 Quote Selected

new ride.... Reply #10 – May 30, 2006, 09:28:32 PM yeah, i saw it and knew it was "the one". i wasnt realy even looking, it just happened. i got it for less than it books out for as a GT with 18k on it. right deal, right time i guess. the only problem was is it was located in FL. i flew in sat morning and got home early in the morning monday. i wasnt even thinking of the tbird untill the woman asked me what i was gonna do with it. it deffinetly HAS to be moved as i have the stang and the ranger here as well as her car. the tbird will likely go to my sisters or mothers untill i can figure out what to do. i realy want to complete it. i could also sell it and all the parts i put together and pay for half the stang. thats what she wants me to do. im gonna avoid that at all costs, even if it means putting it on the back burner for now...shes still my baby. any one interested in it? has 90-95% of the parts. new ride.... Reply #11 – May 30, 2006, 09:36:15 PM Dude that's cool. A Cobra-motored, Mach 1 look-a-like, Y2K GT! I'd put the Mach 1 striping on it and just call it a Mach 1, little easier to explain that way. Quote Selected
new ride.... Reply #12 – May 30, 2006, 10:07:24 PM dude that thing is a beast. I know you had to have toasted some ricers on the trip back with that thing. Congrats man. Quote Selected

new ride.... Reply #14 – May 31, 2006, 05:42:12 AM Quotebut could be better with a 03 cobra motor :) yeah, it would. but we cant have it all sometimes. i realy wanted an 03-04 cobra but this car was about a third of what it would have cost me for one. i honestly think the blower wine would drive me nuts while cruising on the highway. sure its sweet as hell when your ripping through the gears though. ins would have been much higher as well. not too mention i wasnt even looking for a car like this. just happened to be a deal i couldnt pass up. this one has plenty of power anyhow and i averaged just over 31 MPG on the way home. the extra 60 hp or so would probably just get me in trouble anyway...
