Where can I get detailed wiring diagrams for the radio and power seat/doorlocks on an '88 LS? Thanks

The 85-86 diagrams should be close enough to work with your '88...

I've not figured it all out yet, but some cars have relays under the seats and some don't.  My 88 doesn't.  I don't know if the 86 diagrams will make a difference in that aspect, I'm guessing not.

Try Chilton manual. They have a ton of wiring diagrams.
