All it needs is a good cleaning and a little TLC.

Very nice! The hood even lines up perfect. That is one clean engine. How many miles does it have?

I think the color name is “Light Sandalwood Metallic”, and it is in real good shape.  It needs a few touchups, but I’m not even thinking about anything more drastic than that.  I haven’t checked the codes, but I think it is original.

As for the mileage – take your pick. :grinno:

-   The clock shows about 125,000, but it was changed out because the original cluster petered out.
-   The car actually has about 155,000 on it- but the motor was swapped out with one from a parts car.
-   The motor has about 165,000 on it – but it seems to be in good shape, and all of the seals and gaskets were replaced during the swap, so I should be good there for a while.

I’m just going to pick up some new seats since these are cracked, etc.  They really aren’t TOO bad, but the rest of the car is in such good shape they really stick out.  (The Super Coupe seats in the garage are reserved for my other car.) :ies:  :grinno:

I paid about $1300 for it, but I also walked away with a buttload of spare parts like a new interior sunroof cover, and extra deck lid to learn to paint on, an additional carpet that is in good shape, an extra tail light, console lid, a package shelf, and miscellaneous interior and trim pieces.

I bought it off of a guy that posts on a few other Tbird sites.  He was unaware of this one so I gave him the link.  He said he plans on posting some parts for sale over here, so I’ll chime in if I see his listing.  His name is David and he probably has 2-3 disassembled TC’s laying around for parts.  He’s a good guy and extremely reasonable on his prices.

The bad thing about this car is that I think my wife is trying to lay claim to it.  Can you tell from the pics where in the driveway I park my other Tbird? :giggle:

nirvana it's a drivers side.  It has a little chip in the corner (which is why I got it for what I did), but I'd let it go for cheap if you need it.
