5.0 lx T-bird April 18, 2006, 11:37:15 AM -figured out i will never have the time do do everything on my list, so will start getting rid of some of my vehicles. this is a '88 5.0 lx. it is a guaranteed 1 owner car. bought new off the showroom floor by the former parts mgr at hardy family ford in dallas, ga. was his wifes daily driver from new till fall of 2001, when she hit a f-350 in the rear in atlanta. the car nosed down and the bumper went under the bumper of the truck. destroyed rh front fender, apr0n, grill, header, etc. i bought it the next week from him as is, stripped it down, took it to the body shop and had a new core support, rh apr0n, and every thing put on it, ford not aftermkt. gathered up all the parts to put it back together and our house/garage washiznit by a tornado nov. 2001. all parts i had bought for it were gone or destroyed. car made it with out a scratch because it was on the backside of the house. house and garage became more important, so car was moved to where you see the pic took. at the end of the shed with a roof over it, cover with a plastic sheet. car last cranked in 2003. has blue int, floor consolette, sun roof, factory dual exh., AOD trans, has snowflake wheels, digi dash. don't remember exact mileage, but i believe over 100,000. car is SOLID and needs finishing, i just dont have the time. will give all parts i have for it with car if bought. will take $1000, o.b.o. will be pick up only! any questions, lmk. thanks...http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f211/shorangerbird/disneypics190.jpghttp://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f211/shorangerbird/disneypics191.jpg Quote Selected
