Renting Atco Raceway...feeler thread...

Hey guys, Just got my Atco Raceway schedule in the mail today and am curious about renting the track...obviously because I don't have money falling out of my a-hole, I would like to see if anybody else would be interested...I'll probably call early next week for pricing...I know SSOTN, The Corral, and Click Click Racing all rent a track in MD twice a year. I think it would be cool to do an all fox-chassis/MN-12 meet in MY area...lol. If anybody is interested, let me know.

but if i had the money and vaction time to drive out there i would do it. but alas i have neither. and bump for a good idea, maybe some others like to go.
maybe the oh/mi guys should get something like this together late this year or next

I would love to go to but my car is no where near roadable yet. Perhaps another time, but definally a good idea and it's not too far to drive for me :)

At flat rock or Toledo Speed Way, im not sure if we can rent out either tho.

hey don, if you want you can shoot over to our meet this saturday in deptford by the mall at Dicks sporting goods and introduce the idea to the rest of us. iv found a pretty larg ammount of guys around hear with tbirds and cougars. PM me and i'll give ya times and stuff. not to mension it would be cool to see your car in person and all.

I'm going to be calling the track on monday to try and get a price. The more people go, the cheaper each ticket will be. I'm going to have to talk to some people and see what I can organize...I don't want to exclude anyone....just so long as they're driving a RWD Ford...lol. Check in on this post periodically because it may take a couple of weeks to try and get things organized.

One stipulation...if you're ahead of me past the 1000ft mark...you have to lay off...lol, j/k. I'll let you guys know what's going on as soon as I figure out more.

I just got off the phone with them...$2000 for up to 15 people until 4:30 in the afternoon. I'm going to call back tomorrow when the main guy is in that I have to talk to...I don't think we all want to pay over $100 each for daytime hours only. I'll see what comes up and post back.

i was talking to some people who have done it before and they mensioned that its cheaper for the more people who come in or something? maybe the price would varry a bit if we brought more poeple? also, was that the fee for the track + admission? or was it including admission?

The woman didn't really seem like she knew what she was talking about...that's why I'm going to call back in a few hours today. I just asked for "general information" also.

yeah man.. Have you ever meet up with Nate and them at the deptford Mall? What time do they they meet?
