Local Black TC - $1700

Here in the Portland area, there's a guy selling a decent turbo coupe, although its got 194,000 miles on it. Figured someone here may be interested. I'd come up half short on the cost till next payday so I haven't gone and taken a look in person.

Just so you know, it has around 194,000 miles on it. I
don't know if the engine or turbo have been rebuilt or
replaced, but it does run great! (I've had this car
for about 4 years). As far as options go, it has A/C
that works great, driver's power seat, power windows,
power locks and speed control... everything works. It
has alot of standard features too, like 16" wheels, 4
wheel disc brakes and ABS. Also included is a Kenwood
AM/FM CD player. It doesn't smoke and I'm not aware of
any significant leaks. (New radiator a few months
ago). The transmission works great, brake fluid and
power steering fluid flushed (after resealing steering
gear) six months ago, and all four tires were replaced
about four months ago (Goodyear Eagle GT 235/55R16) It
has brand new shocks on the rear and newer struts on
the front and the ride-control system works great! I
think the brakes are 50-60% front and rear & all four
rotors are cross-drilled. The right front fender was
crunched when I bought it and I plan to replace it
before I sell it. Overall the body is in decent shape
I will try to get some new pictures taken today and
forward them to you. I also forgot to mention in the
ad that I put in a short throw shifter (I also have
the original shifter and the original hood).

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
