Ford Racing Radiator M-8005C Reply #1 – March 10, 2006, 02:21:28 PM Should bolt right up. Here's some info on it......QuoteThe two row radiator has 14 fins per square inch for better heat dissipation, plus an automatic transmission cooler on the driver side tank. Also, some good info here: http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2001/10/radiator/ Quote Selected

Ford Racing Radiator M-8005C Reply #5 – March 10, 2006, 08:36:45 PM Hmmm, built in tranny cooler. Sweet. I think I was looking at that one too. I just thought it was a three row. You'll have to let us know how it works. Quote Selected
HD Radiator Reply #6 – March 10, 2006, 10:33:54 PM Last year my local radiator shop had a special on Ford radiators $200 installed. This shop does a lot of work on Crown Vics and Town Cars since they are quite popular here in NYC as taxi and fleet vehicles. So I figured I 'd check it out since the original one in my 87 3.8 T-Bird w 178,000 miles was clogged in the center and had a minor leak some years back that was fixed with Bars leak but was still holding. However the temp gauge was running about about 3/4 to almost red. Low and behold I go over to the shop and see what he's offering, figuring it might be a made in China repro. He pulls the rad out of the box and it's a genuine Ford 3-core, which is thicker than my stock one. I said go for it. It fit right in even with slightly bending the top brackets. The car now runs nice and cool on the hottest days and the longest road trips the temp gauge reaches 1/2. Highly recommended whatever motor you have. Quote Selected
Wow! Reply #7 – March 12, 2006, 07:34:01 AM Man o Man, does this radiator rule! This is a must buy for everyone. I cannot believe that my old radiator was so...py! The car runs better, the trans is shifting better.Simply put, my car has NEVER run better than this.Up next is to figure out how to rebuild the auto shifter lines going into the radiator - all of the work resulted in a leak of the top line going in. Ford Racing Radiator M-8005C Reply #8 – March 12, 2006, 10:04:32 AM it is probably the plastic clip going into the cooler, you can go buy a new one for like a dollar. Quote Selected
