KYB shocks and struts

I was just wondering if anyone has used KYB shocks and struts on their Tbird or Cougar. I have to get new shocks for my Bird before I bring it out in about a month and I was wondering if the KYB shocks and struts would be better than the Monroe Sensatracks I was going to use. Any input would be great. Thanks.

I put KYB shocks on the rear of my bird and have liked the firmness I gained by doing so. It should be noted though that I also installed new stock height progressive rate springs and coil isolators, but the shocks are doing a great job of dampening bumps and such.

Well I'll have to decide. I think the sensatracks do the same thing the KYBs do.

I've had the sensatracks for a couple of years now.  They are firmer than stock variety that were on there before. They're pretty nice and not expensive either.  I've put probably close to 50,000 miles on them.  Maybe it's time for a change but they still appear to be holding up fine.
