February 17, 2006, 07:08:35 PM I made a heart breaking decision today.The bird has got to go.While putting on tailpipes the other day,i noticed started to notice more rust.At one time,there was only a rust bubble between the driver door and wheelwell.Now,it's behind the drivers wheelwell and on the passenger quarter and front fender.The floor pans are spotless,not even oily.I'll probably pull the engine and trans and the rest of the goodies.Will probably try to sell the rollig chasis(and body).Will post things for sale as soon as i get my replacement.And now,about the replacement.I located a 90 lincoln mkvii lsc.It has 40,500 original miles,garage kept,never smoked in etc...I should have it at home within the next 3 weeks.The pictures doesn't do this car justice.Has to be seen to be believed.An old man owns it.Still has the original tires on it. Reply #7 – February 17, 2006, 10:10:36 PM Yep,I'm an azz.:hick: Can't help it.By the way Carl,the center caps are in a box waitin for my lazy azz to takem to the post office.Maybe Cindy will get me off of it tomorrow. yeah,it's an ho.I believe this car has every option except for sun roof,cell phone,and passenger side airbag.I will be sure to post more pics when i get it home.This car is just too unbelievable to see in pictures.The color is light titanium with a light dove grey interior.I recently found this sight while snooping around the other night.Will order this kit for when the air ride system has seen better days.It's at http://www.suncoreindustries.com .It's a coil spring conversion kit.
