I think I found my next set of wheels. February 10, 2006, 06:03:07 PM I like these , but I am not sure how good they'd look on a T-bird.Then there's these. Pretty much just like my 8 Holes, only slightly different, and a lot bigger at 17x8.I'm not a huge fan of the riveted look aroung the edge of the second one, but they might looks better with a tire mounted to them. They also come in Teflon, which my final paint scheme might look good with that color wheel. So what does everyone think? Quote Selected

I think I found my next set of wheels. Reply #3 – February 10, 2006, 08:29:38 PM Hmm, cool pick Nate. As a matter of fact I think I've seen those on people's T-birds before. Didn't think the second one was for trucks, but I guess that makes sense why they didn't list it for the Mustang on tire rack. Quote Selected

I think I found my next set of wheels. Reply #6 – February 11, 2006, 02:51:43 AM I like the look of the first wheel...to me I has an agressive feel to it. I'm normally not to fond of "shiny" wheels. I would love to have black bullet , Konig beyond or halibrand cobra III wheels. Quote Selected
I think I found my next set of wheels. Reply #7 – February 11, 2006, 08:42:59 AM As nice as any of those wheels may be, I don't see them coming in 4 lug (with the exception of the welds). If you want to stick with your 4 lug pattern, you'll find your options are very limited. But I'm sure you already know that. Quote Selected
I think I found my next set of wheels. Reply #8 – February 11, 2006, 11:32:57 AM I'm going 5 lug. I have a lincoln markvii axle with a trak loc a 3.27's in itand the front calipers, as well as the wheels off a '88 LSC. I just need v8 fox mustang spindles and front rotors.:D Quote Selected
I think I found my next set of wheels. Reply #9 – February 11, 2006, 01:13:03 PM Yeah I'll be making the 5 lug swap when I overhaul the suspension. Even though the pic for those second wheel is 6-lug I could have sworn that they listed a 5 lug in the Mustang spacing. Could have gotten it confused with the other wheel though. I really like the Konig Beyonds as well. I would like a 5 spoke wheel, or something "solid" like the Welds or the AR, but I just don't want to go the Cobra route. The 10th anny SVT Cobras are pretty cool however. Also that first AR wheel, named The Hopster is a custom offset version. The regular version, where the spokes are flat, looks much nicer. It was probably listed with the bolt pattern for the Ranger...which is the same as 5-lug Mustangs. Quote Selected
