I´m Insane...

Well, like two weeks ago, i was doing something (that i dont remember) and knocked my head hardly with the concrete floor. Now, i have lost part of my memory. The fact is, i remember new and old things, but there are some others i dont remember....mom tells me certain things from the past and some i remember and others are like a "i did that ?!?!?!"....obviously, i dont know anything of the things that suposedly i did....

Some of you knows some type of terapy ? or may i left those reminiscences in a deep hole ?

You're not insane (well, probably not :D ), just got a concussion.
You hit your head hard enough to bruise your brain a little bit.
The first thing to do would be to see your doctor.

A quick search on Google gave a ton of sites that talk about symptoms, things to do, things NOT to do, and stuff like that.

GO TO THE DOCTOR.

i have had many concussions (don't ask) and that can happen. but you need to make sure that there is nothing else wrong. so head to your doctor muy pr0nto.

I have had a ummmm........ :D

No seriousily i had a concussion when i was much younger around 15 or so when i still had my paper route. I had the smart idea to try and use my mountain bike in the snow, needless to say bad idea. Bennet road is a quite busy road, i go peadling up pasadena to bennet the start on my way across, bike slips out from under me and i think i hit one of my customers garage doors. All i can really remeber is a fireman standing over me asking how many fingers he was holding up i answered correctly they rushed me into a police car and took me home.

Im sure you don't remember... but.... you had borrowed $50 from me... I'd like it back.

Seriously, go to the doctor. I've had a concussion before, and it's not fun. You really should be checked out.

Childhood? What childhood? I had a childhood?

Seriously though, go to the doctor. I'd be more concerned with any hemorrhaging. There's really not much that can be done other than letting your melon heal.

Yeah, my parents took me to the doctor from this incident. When i arrived here i went to the neurologist. I am taking medicaments. Yesterday i got the X-rays of my head. I´m waiting for tomorrow for the results from the doctor.

I noticed some changes, from the memory lost (things that happened several months, even years and i have no clue about that) to visual...i´m gonna need lens, i think...i am little bit worried because this incident was ten days ago and i feel in the same way...

Sounds like life with ADD. It's not that I have no memory, it's just that I never focused on anything long enough to retain it. :wtf: My childhood memories are like swiss cheeze.

that is pretty normal, you will feel "out of it" and have sporaic memory issues for a few weeks. and have head aches if you move around too much.

You can also have blurred vision or double vision (seeing two of the same thing) for awhile. most will go away after you start to heal. it is not a good thing to hit your head.

thank you tea kwon doe and aggressive skating w/ no helmet.. I have experienced a few consusions.

May be out of line, but maybe he could now do like his brethren, and sleep on the job. My landscaping job this summer had so many stereotypical mexicans it was ridiculous. 7 in an F-150, sleeping on the customers porch when the boss was out back, and taco bell everyday for lunch. Good luck with your dome though.
