Got my wheels Reply #31 – January 18, 2006, 08:08:04 PM Wow I'm quite suprised at how good they look. Didnt think they would look right at first, but withe the blackouts, gfx kit, and that color its really looking sharp! Quote Selected

Got my wheels Reply #34 – January 19, 2006, 02:54:19 AM Because of the chrome on the car and the body kit, I have to say that the wheels fit the overall look. Quote Selected
Got my wheels Reply #35 – January 19, 2006, 07:17:30 AM Quote from: shame302they could use alot ore rubber arount them though, they look a little anemic under there. :iagree:If you were looking for that low profile tire style, you should have upped the wheel size an inch or two. I'd say more rubber around there would fix it as well. Quote Selected
Got my wheels Reply #36 – January 19, 2006, 11:16:08 AM I like them! Like others have said, now you need to upgrade the brakes and get some bigger rotors to fill those big ol' wheels. Painting the calipers wouldn't be a bad idea either. I really like your car though. Always have since I first saw it. Quote Selected

Got my wheels Reply #40 – January 20, 2006, 01:01:41 AM The above was based off of stock 14" size. If I put in stock 15" size, the chart changes as follows: If you want to run 18-inch wheels: For 35-series tires, you will want a tire that is 277 mm wideFor 40-series tires, you will want a tire that is 242 mm wideFor 45-series tires, you will want a tire that is 215 mm wideFor 50-series tires, you will want a tire that is 194 mm wideFor 55-series tires, you will want a tire that is 176 mm wideFor 60-series tires, you will want a tire that is 162 mm wideFor 65-series tires, you will want a tire that is 149 mm wideFor 70-series tires, you will want a tire that is 138 mm wideFor 75-series tires, you will want a tire that is 129 mm wideFor 80-series tires, you will want a tire that is 121 mm wideFor 85-series tires, you will want a tire that is 114 mm wideFor 90-series tires, you will want a tire that is 108 mm wideSo you could run a 215/45/18 If I average the two it looks like a 245/40/18 would be a nice fit.All this is just my speculation, so take it with a grain (or two) of salt. Got my wheels Reply #41 – January 20, 2006, 01:05:52 AM According to http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html215/45/18, 245/40/18, & 285/35/18 are all within 1% difference in tire rotation/mile. Hopefully this was of some use. Quote Selected
Got my wheels Reply #42 – January 20, 2006, 03:44:32 AM I didnt care for the wheels at all at first. But now that I have seen one they do look great on the car. Great wheel and tire combo, tire sidewall isnt to big to where it looks like its swallowing the wheel and its not too small to where it doesnt look like you even got a tire. What size tires did you go with? I also agree on cleaning up and painting the calipers though along with some nicer rotors. Drop her a lil bit and youll have a great eye catcher. Quote Selected
Got my wheels Reply #43 – January 20, 2006, 02:39:07 PM I think they look sweet. I'd repaint your inner fenderwells with a good dose of black. Quote Selected
