N.O.S. rh fender buy....

-trying to guage interest in some n.o.s. fenders for 83-88 birds....
i'm waiting on a call back, but as of now all they have found has been rh side. these are all ford branded. there are none i've found on locator anywhere with the exception of green sales which only has a couple in stock for over $275 ea.!!!! these would be roughly $100 ea. plus ship. just wanted to see if there is even any interest..:dunno:

id be interested i guess....by rh you mean passenger side right? i need the drivers side more but thats a nice deal...

Ummm, you do know that the base TBird fenders are identical to the TC's and Cougar's? You can buy perfect ones in junkyards all day for $10-35. And 2 places make fiberglass replacements. $100 for a piece as easy to find as that is too much. Hell, I have 3 sets of fenders here nobody has touched.

lol....search ebay for thunderbird nos....quit a few fenders on there as well as a few 83ish style nos grilles....even a nos ski rack whoo whoo yeah....lol

btw...a fender for a pre 87 tbird is different than a 87-88 correct...?

You must consider, though, that any t-birds that can still be found in junkyards around here have rusted mostly away (the one I got an old set of turbines from had the worst rust I had ever seen.) $100 isn't too bad of a deal, I guess. I'd have to take one more look at the yard bt I'm pretty sure the yards around here have nothing good to offer.

some will lose, some will win.....:flame:
alot of people like to keep their cars correct with ford parts, and personally myself would rather spend $60 more for one ready to paint and install than spend money on preping and removing dings from one from a j-y, or trying to fit and align fiberglass.....:2c:
but thats me......
