Go to Advance Auto Parts, or your favorite parts store, and buy a GP Sorensen relay, part number MR120. That is the ABS relay, i paid 17 dollars and some change for it.

The reason i say buy it, is because last night, i was on the way to my friends house, went to stop at a light behind a bus, and my brake pedal went rock solid. I had to downshift and STAND on the brake pedal to not run into the back of this bus.

Every 87-88 TC owner should keep this relay handy, im going to buy a spare one shortly.
It's Gumby's fault.

Sorenson MR14 works too. Actually, thanks for reminding me, I need to buy a backup too.

I thought your pump was bad? Did you replace it?

I keep spare EEC, ABS, and F/P relays in the car...

Two years ago my ABS relay stuck just as I got ready to leave for the race track... Pulled my tennis shoe off and smacked it a good one, it's still working...

well if you can ground it and all then its not your relay thats bad its somewhere down the line. or possibly the ground on the relay is bad. doble check all grounds.

Generally, if thats the case, its a bad pressure switch.
