turbo f150?

want to put turbo from 86 cougar on my 05 f150.  is turbo to small, and if so, what size and what car can I get it from? this would help me out a lot. my pickup has a 4.6.

yes a t-3 is too small to run as a single turbo.

pick up another one and you will be good to go ... with the supporting mods/parts

Those are a T25, which is smaller than your cougar turbo, which is a T3

You need to basically find a diesel truck turbo for a V8 if youre going single turbo.
It's Gumby's fault.

I'd like to run a set up like an STS. (squire turbo systems) anyone out there familiar with em? but what your sayin is to run 2 t3s, any problem with an STS style setup?

go back yard on it...i thought of doing a twin turbo on my old 85 F150..... flip a set of shorty stang headders and build a couple turbo flaged adapter pipes and the twin TB on the 5.0 trucks just beg to have it done
