help to identify computer needed.

Hello,

New guy here. I am looking for parts to do a H.O. swap. I found an H.O. intake with all the goodies (basically everything thats bolted to it), throttle body, injectors, wiring harness, and computer, distributor, new (unused) cap and rotor, (etc., etc.) for $175+shipping.  (no heads or cam)

I do not know what car it came out of though. It has an automatic is all I know.  The code on the computer is:  f3mf-12a650-ba

So far, I have not been able to identify it from these numbers. I do not have the 3 or 4 digit code. I am hoping is the later mustang with the maf, but I have doubts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Brian

EDIT: I just found out its from a 94 t-bird. Computer code is W3D. This is not what I need....yes or no?

No a 94 bird is a completly different setup. You need a computer from an 87-88 Mustang if you're keeping the speed density system or an 89-93 Mustang computer if you're going with mass air. Check this out for more info on a HO swap

Ok thanks. I will wait for a better set up then. No point in buying a computer thats worthless to me.
