Best Way To Pull Out Head Studs

i was just wonder what is the best toll to use to bull the studs out of a head or would any stud puller work about the same thanks

I though that 5.0 heads were just bolted to the block with bolts and no studs.:dunno:

Oh my bad. I'm not sure if the studs are screw on or not. I never took em off. Perhaps someone else would know.

well they are 68' stlye heads and i figured out how to get them out thanks for the help if any one wants to know just let me know and i will post it thanks

try using a small pipe wrench.  but dont bite the threads if you plan on reusing them

what i did was remove the rocker arms and i slide a socket on to it then i put the pivot ball on top of the socket then i just screwed the nut down till it ripped out the stud it works great
