adhesive for pinstripe?

the pinstriping on my car seems to just be like a sticker, and near the back of the car there is a section that is lifting off of the paint.
i was wondering is there any sort of adhesive that is safe for the paint that i can just dab on the back of the stripe to keep it planted? thanks!!

here is a pic so you can see what i mean(this is not the section that is lifting)

I would see if you could locate the correct replacement stripe and redo the panel were it is peeling. use of any type of adhesive will bond to the paint and if you ever decided to remove them and not have the car painted it would leave some residue on the paint.

worse comes to worse like mentioned before a small amount of finger nail polish will work.
